Who’s Behind This

My name is Emily Cressey. I’m a REALTOR®, Broker, and Team Lead at HomePro Associates, affiliated with Keller Williams Greater Seattle. I’ve been investing in real estate since 2002 and have been a licensed Washington broker since 2008. I’ve worked through the recovery after the 2008 crash, the pandemic frenzy, and everything the market has thrown at buyers and sellers since.

I’m based in Lake Forest Park, and I work with clients from Seattle’s northern neighborhoods all the way up through Everett, Marysville, and into rural Snohomish County. I hold a Certified Probate Real Estate Agent (CPREA) credential and a KW Real Estate Planner certification, which means I work with families navigating estate sales, seniors considering their next chapter, and investors running the numbers on long-term holds.

I started HomePro Associates because I believe real estate advice should be genuinely useful, not a lead capture disguised as an article.
